The monitoring of progress on all current and rollover housing projects.
The field team visits projects on a regular basis to monitor progress on approximately 200 housing projects. The surveyors collect data related to significant milestones on each stand from laying of foundations to practical completion. In order to ensure integrity of the data all data previously collected on the stand is made available to the field staff on the data collection forms.
: Monthly progress reporting and troubleshooting, in particular where payments on projects to contractors does not match the progress on the ground.
