Housing Audit and Inventory
The auditing of 61 000 low cost houses built since 2010.
The audit was undertaken by a team of 100 people physically visiting housing developments with low cost tablets using a form which included location, image and signature fields. In order to ensure integrity of the data in relation to existing data, all projects, stands and beneficiaries were preloaded onto the tablet.
: Inventory and stock reports allowed numerous outstanding projects to be closed out and assisted in the calculation of stock and work in progress values for the Annual Financial statements.
