Scope: Audit of VIP projects. Auditing of toilets in 12 projects amounting to a total of approximately 21 000 toilets. Comprehensive data on construction, materials, fittings and condition were collected

Output: Project reports used by the client for reconciling payments with the implementing agent and contractors.

Duration: 6 weeks, but follow up project is ongoing
